I really appreciates his sharing with us some of what he learned there and working with different mudras and breath work and with more of the ancient practices. I felt much more connected and grounded during the class and even though it was hard I welcomed the discipline.

Gii encouraged us to talk to each other and ask her questions whenever needed, which was definitely needed. I was adequately challenged for a gentle yoga class and never felt pressured to force specific poses I couldn’t do comfortably. I loved it!

In this class, Toshi took us through a series of stretches and exercises using the wooden pillow. It felt energizing and relaxing at the same time. My body felt happier and more pain-free afterwards. Comfortable, welcoming, inclusive environment. Had no idea this place existed, tucked away on the third floor of an office building.
