Overall, this Deep Stretch Restorative Nidra class was perfect for my mom. She enjoyed Suzi class and I did as well. I was proud of my mom. visa alla recensionerI really enjoyed this class! It was different than the flow classes I typically attend which was a nice change of pace. I appreciated Deborah’s ability to help me really feel each pose and better understand what the intended posture/alignment that is meant for each. I loved the access to so many probs to help with this as well! Deborah clear brings a deep level of experience, and I look forward to attending another class sometime soon to help deepen my yoga practice.
