I think I actually sweat more in this class than in step (and I sweat in step). You feel yourself becoming stronger as you go through the class! I’ve been looking for movement & exercise that don’t feel like a punishment to my body and this is it ☺️ Luna is wonderful, the music is so fun, and warmups ease nerves for newcomers, however, I was stunned by the community in class.
