I always feel pushed to really bring the beast in me out lol from someone that doesn’t enjoy cardio, I really appreciate the runs they add in between sets. Will definitely come back and recommend!

visa alla recensionerJoe is an absolute lunatic and I mean that in the best possible way. If you’re looking to get your butt whooped, he’s the instructor to go to. He’s incredibly motivating and pushes you to get an amazing workout while keeping things challenging the entire time. He’s also super thorough and always makes sure you know exactly what’s going on throughout the whole class. I’ve read some other reviews that mention forgetting what’s at each station, feeling lost, or not being able to keep up. I totally understand how a first class could feel a little intimidating, but if it wasn’t, would it really be challenging? There are screens above every station that list the workouts, and the instructors are always circling the class and happy to help if you need it. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now, and it’s still my absolute favorite.

I really like all the mirrors they have in the studio so you can check your alignment. Lots of easy parking. Has that old-school yoga studio vibe. Not corporate at all. Would choose over Yoga Joint in Delray for vibe and ease of parking.
