visa alla recensionerI loved the structure of this class with yin, nidra and my first time experiencing a sound bath! Mandy explains everything throughout the class and she always offered help to anyone who needed it. I just didn’t really like the studio as it feels strange walking into a hotel spa, and it all felt a little sterile. I’ll be coming back though as Mandy’s a great instructor! 🤗
