Being a Dayton native, I am so happy to see more businesses develop downtown and love that Soleil is a black-owned business! The owner is so sweet and personable! I routinely take classes with Maddie and she is an incredible instructor. She offers detailed steps regarding the movements, provides modifications, and challenges! She is also extremely supportive and encouraging! I have taken classes by both Maddie and Nicolay at the other studio I attend and they are beyond knowledgeable and professional at all times. I would highly encourage that you take classes with various instructors to find the instructor who best serves your fitness needs! Soleil is perfect for a challenge if you are more familiar with reformer and ready to venture into mat pilates but also great for individuals new to pilates and want to learn the foundations 🖤

You are able to control the temp, lighting, infrareds, and even the TV during the session. I enjoyed a private sauna. Your only chore is to put away your four towels. They take care of everything else.
