visa alla recensionerTo be fair, this was my first ever dance class and for me it was hard to follow the instructor cause the dances were too fast. By the time I felt like I knew the steps the dance would be over, also she wasn’t really teaching the steps it was more so just following her. It was a great workout though and the music was good

visa alla recensionerTried the Pole Play class at The Slink Room and had such a great time! I’ve never done anything like this before, but it was both fun and a great workout. The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and made sure no one was left behind. The class atmosphere was super supportive and everyone was cheering each other on, which made it really comfortable as a beginner. We did pole spins and some floor work, and everything was easy to follow. I had so much fun I’m already thinking about getting a pole at home to practice. I’ll definitely be back!
