Gravity pilates was definitely a challenge as someone with no experience tried it for their first ever pilates but i enjoyed every moment of it! Will be back for more classes with Sara!

I like that it’s an authentic studio rooted in traditional yoga. They have a beautiful space inside and the energy is very peaceful. Will be going back :)
