visa alla recensionerThe class was very ethereal. It was challenging enough to work my body but not too hard for me to keep up as a beginner. The environment was very welcoming and I was comfortable and confident to trust my body and do modified moves. The teacher (Marissa) was absolutely amazing and motivational. I ended up crying as it felt transcendent. They were very supportive and I’d love to come back. 10 stars if I could!!!
