visa alla recensionerI was never told I had to pay for the cycling shoes. I always bring my own but today decided to go for a run after cycling so I didn’t. I’ve been SO MANY TIMES to SoulCycle and not once was I told I had to pay for the shoes. It’s just “very convenient” how they always offer it and made it sound like it’s for free just to make you pay at the end.

visa alla recensionerJust enough challenge in this class, I always feel it in my abs. Definitely not pilates except for the ab section so I definitely think they need to rename this to something like “hot sculpt.” Also wish they had at least eight-pound weights for things like lunges! Regardless this instructor is super great at cueing and moving around, love her energy. I feel like this studio definitely took comments to heart and greatly improved the sound in the studio and the customer service at the front desk. I’m a big fan now, especially with the variety and number of classes they offer - super convenient especially with free validated parking!

visa alla recensionerThe best spin/workout class I’ve ever been to. You go to the rooftop of the Mayfair hotel, you are greeted by a nice pool next to where the spin class is held. The views are gorgeous overlooking Coconut Grove. The class makes you sweat and you work out intensely. I love the mixture of spin and calisthenics as it gives you a complete full body workout and cardio all in one class. This is definitely an addiction everyone needs to have. I will be summer ready in no time!!
