visa alla recensionerI loved Ivy’s class, her sequencing of the movements was very smooth and understandable for the brain. The movements connected in a way that was original, but still predictable enough that I didn’t need to constantly pay full attention but could flow instead.

visa alla recensionerThe class was formidable - think 1Rebel on steroids (minus the lights). My legs were shaking sooo much. Things to keep in mind: 1) no lockers; 2) you have to go get the ring and the elastic at the end of the room before class; 3) staff are nice-ish (the support instructor was so lovely, Nicole a bit less so) but they won’t go out of their way to show you around and explain to you how the place works.
