It’s impressive how I have noticed my body respecting new breathing rhythms on a daily basis. Instruktøren var virkelig dygtig og gav en balance imellem guidance og frirum for justeringer efter eget behov. Dejligt, at der var variation iblandt deltagende, der gav en følelse af, at alle er velkommen. Også dejligt, at man kunne låne alt udstyr og hjælpsomme mennesker omkring, når man er ny til stedet!
