visa alla recensionerSol’s class is fast and challenging. I’m in that place where I feel like I’m starting all over again, so I was looking very uncoordinated. But the class is fun, the music fun, Sol has great energy and a great cheery disposition that makes me want to be there, and the folks there were nice. It was a full room though, but I definitely want to go back.

visa alla recensionerI’ve run out of superlatives to describe Dolma’s class. Haha. Her voice is soothing and encouraging. Her cues clear and her poses fluid, creative. I try to plan my Tuesdays around her 6 pm class! I leave feeling stretched, relaxed, and also stronger.
