visa alla recensionerYessica is a phenomenal instructor. She tailors her classes to her students and has a great balance of doing the movements with you and walking around to make sure form is good. Yessica encourages you to challenge yourself and meets her students with motivation at every level. Would highly recommend taking a class with her if you are a beginner as she explains how to do the movements very well.
