visa alla recensionerI LOVED this class! As someone who just graduated and played volleyball in college, this was all up my alley! Sarah was the absolute BEST. She was so energized and hype to see us working hard (which was such a great motivated and made me want to push myself even more!). The combination of cardio and strength training was chefs kiss. It was a greta workout for post athletes, but also offers modifications for newer friends. Love love love!
