visa alla recensionerI really loved my AYA yoga experience. The studio is gorgeous and the heated slow flow was exactly what I was looking for. Abby is an amazing instructor - her voice is so grounding and soothing and she had great cues throughout class. I will definitely be back!

Instructor is great. this is a bikram sequence (which is exactly my preference). 90 minutes is challenging, but doable. Room size is great and room is nice and hot (not lukewarm). The instructor also has a cutie pie dog that hangs around some days. Will return if/when I’m back in town.

This small class was intimate and tailored to what we wanted to work on (ie. tension in the shoulders and chest). Sipra is observant and intentional. I loved how this practice was more traditional - emphasizing the body, mind, and spirit.
