It was life changing as several years later sound therapy is the one thing that works with my nervous system. I’m happy I found this blessing of an instructor again. The space is divine. Supportive energy flowing. As a yoga instructor myself I strive to learn from others. I will be back and will support this gem.

visa alla recensionerThe class took us through some amazing poses and some challenging ones and really got me moving and aligned. I love the dedicated time to shivasana and breath work as well. It was really unique and a small class, so more personal, with a fun feeling to it because we could laugh and joke as a class as well. I really liked it, would recommend 10/10
