Gaby combined breathing exercises with a really good flow of movements, took the time to correct posture, and offered options for every exercise to suit all ability levels. I felt very comfortable and supported throughout the class — will definitely be returning!

The workout was fun and challenging and AJ explained the exercises so clearly and effectively. The class was appropriate for participants of all levels of fitness and Pilates experience. If you not sure whether this class is for you, don’t worry, it is!

visa alla recensionerReally great class !! Great energy and I like that you can see an rpm on the screen so when you’re sprinting you have a target to reach, it’s got a silent disco element to it with headphones which I think is great!! Highly recommend
