Unlike the high intensity reformer classes with 20 or 30 people, this class focuses on PROPER form and slow, deliberate movements the way that Pilates was meant to be taught. It’s a small class of 6 so she is really able to check manage everyone individually. Coming to these classes has improved the way that I exercise everywhere and I’ve had comments on how good my form is at other gyms, thanks to Melina.

visa alla recensionerInstructor was so lovely! Guidance was very clear. However not a very challenging class for me, the only prop used was a 10th weight. Would’ve been nice to see more props involved or perhaps the option to have a resistance band or higher weight for those who wanted a little more. But aside from that lovely class!
