visa alla recensionerI've been coming in here on and off for the last 10 years and it's still the best! however, do the floor postures still work well without the savasana in between? Love the standing series, wish we did all of the regular floor series too—could do without the planks and leg lifts and go the classic 26 postures route. Aside from that, Brooke is an excellent instructor and I think that's why this location has longevity compared to other hot yoga locations. Teachers are consistently clear and thorough with their instructions and never miss a beat. Love the additional explanation of the health benefits of each each pose!

visa alla recensionerArianna is amazing!! Her flows are challenging but they feel so natural and she makes them easy to follow and gives super helpful corrections and adjustments in each pose. Heatwise always just has such a great vibe and all the teachers are top notch. Love it here!!

Sangha, community not gym yoga. Sanskrit, harmonium amidst awesome music while breathing deeply to reach nirvana. Natural high. Jivamukti is not to be missed. 🌿
