He participated in the entire workout with us, which was incredibly motivating. (Personally, I prefer this over instructors who only give verbal directions without joining in). The only suggestion I have is to provide large towels; it would make showering and drying off after a high-intensity workout much more convenient.

visa alla recensionerFirst time taking Tonio’s class and it was 🔥🔥🔥 His warmup is a bit different from other coaches, but I loved it because it actually prepped us for the specific punches we were about to throw. The combos were easy to memorize (mostly revolving around 1-2-3-4), but the sheer volume of punches made it a killer workout. Absolutely enjoyed this class and highly recommend it if you're looking for something more intense!
