    INTERVAL: FULL BODY

As a first-timer to this class I found it welcoming. I was encouraged to push myself, but also take it at my own place. I was nervous about taking the class as I’m recovering from an injury and knew I’d half to walk or take it slow on the treadmill, but the atmosphere of the class made it so that was totally fine!

Great class, though I wish the downstairs room was more sound proofed. It is incredibly distracting to hear the music, the instructor upstairs yelling, and the sound of weights raining down on our heads during a peaceful session. I feel it is a disservice to the downstairs instructors as well.

Awesome workout. Worked my entire body. Challenging but I wasn’t dying. Instructor offered a few modifications occasionally which was nice. At 45 (or 50?) minutes it was the right amount of time, including a cool down at the end. The instructor was super fit, strong and inspiring. The music was upbeat and helped. This was a thorough workout. Someone not in moderately decent shape to begin with may have a hard time but for most people it’s doable, especially with options to modify, and you’ll feel great afterwards. Will be back!

This is a very innovative and fun way to work out! A number of things to appreciate here. first friendly and helpful staff. Today's instructor saw me struggling and gave modifications throughout the lesson to help me out. the other instructor that checked me in, was very eager to get me settled in and explain how the class would go (he tried to tell me something about how to stand on the pad so it doesn't vibrate in your ears, but I missed it, so clarify that) throughout the class there is nice upbeat music, the instructor shows you everything before you do and there is a huge screen to watch her while you actually do the exercises. Even though I have only been here once, it seems like the instructor now everyone that comes in and personally gets them to their stations. Lastly, the finisher for the class a cool towel, very nice, because I was burning up (do not wear long sleeves to this class)

Much slower paced than I’m used to, but I think that’s because it was my first 90 min class, and by the middle/end, I had felt soooo good! I also appreciated Lucy’s instructions regarding proper posture/alignment for poses. I’ve done all the poses before many times, but because she took the time to provide some education, it felt like I still learned a lot! Thanks Lucy!

    Advanced Asana Training

Best yoga studio ever! Rich is such a dynamic and lively instructor who provides advanced modifications and really focuses in on how each body part should be positioned / which muscles should be working. The advanced Asana class is the perfect class for yogis who want to expand their horizons and try new poses.
