visa alla recensionerI wouldn’t call this class slow. I have gone 4 times and it has moved at a nice fairly quick pace every time but doesn’t have the chaturangas a normal flow has . I would however call it HOT! Almost too hot for me on a humid day but I look forward to doing this class more once it’s cold in the winter.

visa alla recensionerThis has quickly become my favorite yoga class. It feels appropriate for my level without being overly easy or only doing restorative poses. Samantha is positive and kind, she gives excellent cues with options to make each movement more or less challenging as needed. The longer class allows for a gentle build up to standing poses and a nice wind down as well. I look forward to it every week and am sad when I can’t make it! I always leave feeling lighter.
