Some parts of the class were a bit faster than I was used to but everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. The temperature was perfect - warm but not too hot! I will definitely be back :)

Couple observations: the room didn’t feel hot enough; there were times I was feeling cool drafts and not because people were entering and exiting the room. Also, this class was short for some reason, 45 minutes from the time we stared to when I was at my locker getting my stuff.

She provided lots of helpful feedback for the taking. The studio is clean, bright, airy, and welcoming. The locker rooms have everything you need as you dash out of the hot clash. Their rental mats are in excellent condition.

Instructor had a great calming energy, walked around the class to check on people and occasionally opened up the door to let in a breeze, and during savasanna she went around and fanned people with a towel to cool off a bit. Her playlist was top tier and she even shared the name of one of her songs that stood out the most. She was personable and so kind and I’m so happy to have met her!
