Definitely more of a dance class than some of the studios other offerings, quintessential hip-hop moves make up the choreo and are easy and fun to pick up. You’ll build choreo the entire class to an ever-changing music mix - there’s not one designated song.

Definitely meant more for beginners to house dance, I have a bit more experience so I don’t know if I would come back to this class - but I would definitely take another class from Michelle and recommend this one to anyone who hasn’t done house dance before!

She definitely got us sweating and feeling the burn! But she made it one of the most vibey and exciting work out/ dance experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely will be going back💖💃🏼💦

I can see how some reviews felt it wasn’t super beginner friendly, but the instructor is super nice you just have to ask! She dances so beautifully and having tried out other forms of dancing I think contemporary is my favorite
