I was nervous about taking the class as I’m recovering from an injury and knew I’d half to walk or take it slow on the treadmill, but the atmosphere of the class made it so that was totally fine!

The class itself was super fun. The format of the class is a little hard to follow because the instructor is talking most of the time yelling out instructions so if you’re a visual learner it will be hard to keep up. I understand the class might be too full to check everyone’s form, but since Im still fairly new to strength training I would appreciate some help on that. Overall the instructor Gina had a friendly attitude and gave us newbies a shoutout at the end of class. I would come here again but probably need to work on my own strength training in between to get the full benefit of the workout.

see all reviewsIt was a very precise total body workout with a motivated instructor —but a little suffering was involved :). Expect a tough workout. It really was a very well-designed sequence of moves… but may be too challenging for some people. What would make it better would be offering some modifications, or vocally allowing people to remain in the earlier positions as the moves progressed, so that participants didn’t feel a shy to modify on their own without the official „permission” to do so. A few ppl needed to take a break and exit the class for a bit then return. One person left early, unsure if it was due to scheduling or discomfort with keeping up. I hope this review didn’t sound negative because it really is an excellent class with a great instructor. Just a heads up that you have to already be decently strong to keep up and if you aren’t there yet it may be discouraging. I will definitely take the class again but it kicked my butt and I may need to build up to following along with everything, by modifying the workouts a little for myself

Today's instructor saw me struggling and gave modifications throughout the lesson to help me out. the other instructor that checked me in, was very eager to get me settled in and explain how the class would go (he tried to tell me something about how to stand on the pad so it doesn't vibrate in your ears, but I missed it, so clarify that) throughout the class there is nice upbeat music, the instructor shows you everything before you do and there is a huge screen to watch her while you actually do the exercises. Even though I have only been here once, it seems like the instructor now everyone that comes in and personally gets them to their stations. Lastly, the finisher for the class a cool towel, very nice, because I was burning up (do not wear long sleeves to this class)
