If you’re like me and have any intimidation about Pilates, 10/10 come here because all fear will leave. Thankful for y’all for making exercise fun and being educational too. Will be back a lot!!

visa alla recensionerI loved this place! Right from the beginning the instructor, Sarah, was very welcoming. I was new along with a couple other girls and Sarah made sure we felt welcomed the whole time. I felt like my inner child came out. It was super beginner friendly and Sarah wasn’t pushy about doing the exercises either, because she understood I was a beginner so even though I couldn’t do some of the exercises I kept trying and she kept making sure to check up on me and help if needed.It was a super fun way to work out. I will definitely be back for more.
