It was a high intensity interval workout that pushed me in the best way, but still felt approachable because of how supportive she was throughout. The music was on point and really kept the energy up from start to finish. Karen was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everyone had proper form and offering encouragement right when you needed it.
