visa alla recensionerExcellent class!! Joe is so kind and encouraging. This was our first time taking this particular class and he took the time to explain a couple things to us before starting. He checked on us throughout the class and truly made us feel at ease stepping into something we had never done before. He is a wonderful instructor who made us feel welcomed and I can definitely see myself coming to this class every chance I get. Loved it!

The instructor was very welcoming and gave great cues, I felt right at home. Class was comfortable for all levels, we worked up a sweat then slowed it down before the end. 10/10 class

He is professional, knowledgeable, and humorous at time, just a right amount. :) I enjoy his choice of calm music which is not too loud so everyone can hear his voice clearly 🙏Thank you Eli!
