visa alla recensionerAlex is wonderful in class, not only does she keep me on my toes, she gives great corrections throughout the entirety of the 45 minutes. The workout is always challenging and I know I can always rely on Alex to offer multiple variations of the exercises. No matter how i’m feeling on any given day, whether I want to turn up the intensity or have a more chill class for consistency, she always delivers.

visa alla recensionerEveryone was very nice. The place wasn’t very clean and the women’s bathroom was clean but very old and had “out of order” signs on a few things. I would give it 5 stars if they made an investment in the physical space.
