visa alla recensionerI booked when I could do treatments back to back but received an email shortly after that one of them wasn't available. I called to understand and it sounds like Class Pass and their booking system don't sync up with availability at all times. At the end of my one treatment, they suggested in the future I call to confirm my treatment could fit in their schedule. That's not how Class Pass works, calling to confirm bookings.

visa alla recensionerI really enjoyed my first time at this salon! I love that they’re on ClassPass. Everything about my service was great and my toes feel/look amazing. The salon has such a great vibe and everyone is so friendly and super welcoming. I do wish gel-x was a service offered on this app because I always wanted to try it. Nevertheless, I definitely recommend this salon and will be coming back next month.

She used essential oils, played music and had really great communication about what she was going to be using on my skin. She also did an arm and leg/foot massage and you can tell that she used to be a massage therapist. Overall she had a beautiful energy and you can tell she’s passionate about what she does. Thank you!

visa alla recensionerChecking in with the front desk I was told ClassPass didn’t tell them I was coming. I was welcomed back quickly though. I just went for the massage which was very relaxing until the person at the front desk was on the phone yelling…it wasn’t in anger, but telling stories to the person on the other line. He didn’t stop until my last two minutes. I exited the room to leave only to find I was locked in the building. After yelling for the man at the front desk with no response I unlocked the door to leave. He was outside walking up and said people usually stay longer. He previously told me to set a alarm so I knew when my time was up so I was very confused. This has potential, but it was not relaxing at all. Walls are so thin I could hear him blow his nose. Sorry to say that it was a waste of money.
