Isabel was so welcoming, friendly, and informative throughout the entire visit. Since it was my first time trying a cold plunge, she walked me through everything and even showed me how to use the guided meditation on the iPad, which made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Pause to anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing self-care experience!

I was given a tour and shown all over the different services they offer and I loved trying the red therapy and compression therapy. I love how much variation they have. It’s a perfect place to get yourself reset especially after travel or being sick. Definitely will be back.

First time doing cupping and it brought so much relief for the tension in my shoulders. I was recommended some stretching to do and went home with a water bottle and a piece of dark chocolate.
