visa alla recensionerHeated Vinyasa class with upbeat music. If you are looking for a fast paced class and repetition, this is perfect! The instructor gives verbal cues and for this class was not doing the class with us. So if you are a beginner and do not know yoga poses / words I would recommend taking the beginner class. They offer free mats, you need to purchase any mat towels or sweat towels (first time is free) or bring your own

She was open at the top that it wouldn’t be Pilates but that she would still incorporate strength and core work. She delivered! I appreciated that the studio and sub stepped up instead of canceling a 9am class.
