Minimal weight needed, modifications available for low, medium, and high impact for all moves. Will definitely take this again!

The semi-private training was ideal for me as a gym goer! Kevin gave me instructions, checked my form on the first few reps and then let me finish out the circuit before giving me the next exercise. Would recommend to any level of experience! :)

visa alla recensionerI looooove love love Ms. Katina’s technique. She’s very clear, direct, and detailed. She sticks to the true pilates techniques and really takes her time to explain the movements/concepts so that we understand and can succeed within our exercise. I’ve taken many classes with many different instructors and always find myself missing her method of teaching. She’s the only instructor i’ll drive 20 miles for to attend a class. Absolutely brilliant.
