Also usually not into dharma talks during yoga practice, but her message was very well received. Her adjustments were gentle and non assuming. Enjoyed this class.

visa alla recensionerThis class was a vibe. I loved that the instructor let us pull an oracle card from her deck before class. The room lighting was soothing. Super relaxing and slow paced. Pro-tip: get to class early because street parking is a gamble and you might end up parking a block away. It's near Colfax, so stay alert when you leave class late at 9:30pm.
