She was able to move me into the correct form without being too pushy or invasive, and gave us shout outs when we were doing well. I have been doing lagree for a while now and I think she provides a great workout for both beginners and regulars!

I had a “circumstance” that made me late to class and I’m so grateful she held the door a few extra minutes so I could soak up her wonderful guidance and wisdom. It felt more eastern yogic than western, for example we started with a group “om” and mantra and then went into deep and long stretching without music, just extra focus on the breath work. The teacher was very helpful and supportive and the class being small helped as well! Would definitely go back when I’m really sore or in need of more relaxation focused yoga.
