visa alla recensionerIt was challenging to get to the studio after office hours - you will need to register for lift access and I didn’t factor enough time for that, so was late and missed the intro to the class which is important for a first timer. The class is not your typical stretch class, it was more focused on strength. Definitely a humbling but fun process. Instructor seemed quite strict initially but is actually warm and does her best to ensure you get the most out of the class. Overall, a great experience.
