visa alla recensionerSol’s class is fast and challenging. I’m in that place where I feel like I’m starting all over again, so I was looking very uncoordinated. But the class is fun, the music fun, Sol has great energy and a great cheery disposition that makes me want to be there, and the folks there were nice. It was a full room though, but I definitely want to go back.

visa alla recensionerThe people make the place! Their mission of neighborhood inclusivity is just what the area needed. With multi disciplined teachers they are able to offer a diverse class schedule and cross-training expertise. Had a lovely yoga class :)
