visa alla recensionerThe class was a nice way to wind down the evening and the work week. I like how Robert walked the newcomers through expectations. The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

Probably because this is classpass or maybe i missed something? -i saw the class/studio description about pilates and it read something about ‘did you know pilates can re-shape your butt’/etc. so i assumed the class would have at least some bum and legs involved but it was only abs and a few arm things. Great for people who want to work abs intensely-not my case. It’d be nice to know which classes/teachers focus on what for next time!

visa alla recensionerGreat flow! I don’t love that she has people tune in from home. The last time I only heard her say hello on the computer to two people but there are so many people in person… and since she’s catering to the people from home she doesn’t walk around the room to give any adjustments. The computer set up also takes up a bunch of room since no one wants to be in the computers camera shot. Still love her classes regardless!
