visa alla recensionerLove love love this class. This was my first class and Karolina was very thorough and her playlist was on point the entire time. Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

There was nothing wrong with the class’ form (it was regular rumble training class, a good one) and I think it was due to his personal physical condition. I hope the guy’s okay and thank you moise for helping him

Felt like I could work hard but still focus on form. Really good stretches at the end to. This turned my morning around and I left feeling so happy 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.

visa alla recensionerIf you love to run and want to be challenged this is the best class in New York. Aminah’s programs are challenging but doable. Everything is so thought out that it pushes you hard but always to the point where you can finish. i have gotten significantly faster since ive started going to her classes. her strenghth is also so solid. You can trust her to give you a good time, cue everything perfectly (out of the 30+ classes I’ve taken with her she has never messed up, and never once repeated a class) and play songs that make you want to work sing and smile. I have the time of my life in her classes and she has helped me reach all my goals. She is also SO NICE AND FUNNY. THANK YOU AMINAH ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

visa alla recensionerSomething different that I thoroughly enjoyed!! Staff was welcoming and friendly, facility is clean, and the instructor (Brianna) was on point with her energy. And she killed it with her playlist! I appreciate being introduced to Brianna before class where another instructor took the class beside me just to help out. It took me a few minutes and strength movements to get used to exercising in the water. I look forward to taking more classes here!

Only feedback would be that they start the classes back to back (the class before ends at 10:30 and this class starts at 10:30) - that means that this class starts a little late and the transition period is a little chaotic. I think the studio should consider staggering the classes so there’s ~10 minutes between each class
