visa alla recensionerDeep Core was a very relaxing class and good for beginners. Great for deep stretching. It’s very hot in the class - definitely drink lots of water before and don’t wear any makeup because you’ll be dripping sweat. LOVE the cold towels at the end of class!!

visa alla recensionerI recently started taking Y7 afters 10+ yeas of living in nyc and taking other workout classes …Rumble, Soulcycle, Barre, solidcore ….. I am so happy. I finally started taking these classes. This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. It’s really a great way to clear your head but getting great workout. The studios fantastic. I can’t wait to take more classes.

visa alla recensionerI've been coming in here on and off for the last 10 years and it's still the best! however, do the floor postures still work well without the savasana in between? Love the standing series, wish we did all of the regular floor series too—could do without the planks and leg lifts and go the classic 26 postures route. Aside from that, Brooke is an excellent instructor and I think that's why this location has longevity compared to other hot yoga locations. Teachers are consistently clear and thorough with their instructions and never miss a beat. Love the additional explanation of the health benefits of each each pose!

visa alla recensionerEric taught one of the best Y7 and hot yoga classes I’ve ever taken. He had a great flow, great music and I sweat my body weight off, which is what I like when I go there . Sometimes the instructors don’t turn the heat up or have a challenging class. The way he explained the poses and taught the class showed how knowledgeable in yoga / group exercise, and how much he loved teaching. That class. I will definitely be back to take his class!

visa alla recensionerWhat can I say, candlelit yin at 8p is the perfect pace for me. Sam always finds a way to include Chinese medicine into the beginning of the session which really relaxes you for what’s to come. Her poses are intentional and great for waking up muscles you likely don’t stretch enough. Sitting in these poses for longer period of times (purpose of yin) also offers opportunities to practice your breathing which is something I struggle with. 10/10 would take again.

I started hot yoga in July 2023 & have went to multiple hot yoga places & she was the first to ever set me up the correct way for success! I personally thought the temp was perfect. I was dripping sweat but still able to get through all the moves without feeling like I was going to pass out. Great playlist too will definitely be back!
