visa alla recensionerI loved this yoga class so much! Tara is wonderful — and the space is so intimate and beautiful. I feel like a lot of yoga classes in NYC are super rushed and hectic — focused on generating a “burn” rather than teaching you the movements and providing mental recuperation. But after Tara’s class, I truly felt restored/healed🫶
