visa alla recensionerAll of the staff were super nice and helpful, with one guy getting everyone who came in pumped up and hyped. Eric was great about helping me get my hands wrapped, and the class was well structured with both group activities and 1-1 practice with him. There's some conditioning involved, too, although whether that's a pro or con is up to you -- on one hand, a multi-faceted workout, but on the other, less time boxing. Overall though, I really enjoyed the class and how Eric tailored things to the participants' experiences and skill levels
