I frequently do pilates back home and I have to say Michael is one of the best pilates instructors I’ve come across. I loved the cueing & attention to posture when on the reformer. visa alla recensionerI’ve tried a lot of Pilates studios in the area and although this is a franchise, it has a really local feel to it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The instructors are amazing and really knowledgeable. I love the studio space itself, it has soft lighting and the instructor is always giving you calm and clear instructions!
