I’ve had such a great experience with Lauren as my instructor and she inspires me to keep coming back for more. Lauren finds the perfect balance between motivation, mindset, and intensity as she teaches and it makes this challenging work out so enjoyable. 10/10 recommend Spire. 100000/10 recommend Lauren!

visa alla recensionerThe only reason I’m leaving 5 stars is because I like Ellen and I know she didn’t program this class. If there was a new person in the room, they will never come back. I do not understand why so many classes are made as complicated as possible.. The room is not big enough to be partnering up and transitioning from the treadmills to the floor 20 times. Someone is going to get hurt. If you are writing classes that are this complex, please come take one of your own classes and see what the room looks like.

I also like that you can sort of work at your own pace in terms of intensity. It isn’t like a spin class where you have to do moves and ride to the beat of the music. I had such a blast as a drop in and felt very encouraged to push past my own mental blocks. I rowed in college and he sets a great pace for beginners to advanced. He also makes a killer playlist! Who knew going slow would be so much harder. it forced me to really connect with my form and rhythm and my entire core.
