visa alla recensionerI’m happy these pedicures from esme are offered on ClassPass but they have issues with inconsistencies in the service they offer and fees. This is my 4th pedicure here and one time they switched it for a dry pedicure because they didn’t have the right tech, one time re scheduled, one time she was able to do French for me in the booking window and 2 other times they said they didn’t have enough time, today I was charged for gel removal even though it was done by esme and I have never been charged before. My pedicure was also only 50 minutes. They just don’t have a good system.

The location was easy to find, it was clean, beautiful and comfortably decorated. The vibe was relaxing all the way through. They offer complimentary beverages which was really nice. Alexis was able to walk me through what to expect from my appointment. Every step of the way she checked on me. She was so gentle and so kind. There is definitely a tenderness to her hands. I do have to comment that the massage was better once I decided to add on the essential oil and hot stones which was an additional charge of $20. I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed the massage as much if I wouldn’t have added this on. But there was no way time it was clean and they had soothing music playing.

The massage was great Alice has strong hands and she could definitely tell which areas on me needed some extra attention without me even telling her. The facial was also excellent! Extractions during a facial are never comfortable, but it was about as good as it gets. I had no pain and my skin feels so clean and refreshed! The bio-lift machine means business. You can feel it working and it can get a bit hot at times but Alice always checked in with me. I am super happy with the results and I will definitely be back!
