Alexis was able to walk me through what to expect from my appointment. Every step of the way she checked on me. She was so gentle and so kind. There is definitely a tenderness to her hands. visa alla recensionerI’m happy these pedicures from esme are offered on ClassPass but they have issues with inconsistencies in the service they offer and fees. This is my 4th pedicure here and one time they switched it for a dry pedicure because they didn’t have the right tech, one time re scheduled, one time she was able to do French for me in the booking window and 2 other times they said they didn’t have enough time, today I was charged for gel removal even though it was done by esme and I have never been charged before. My pedicure was also only 50 minutes. They just don’t have a good system.

I do have to comment that the massage was better once I decided to add on the essential oil and hot stones which was an additional charge of $20. I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed the massage as much if I wouldn’t have added this on. But there was no way time it was clean and they had soothing music playing.

It was my first wax (ever) so I was nervous about what to expect. They use soft gel with the papers to remove your hair.
