As a woman, you never know what you're gonna get in a male-dominated sports class. I felt included from the start. Brad is very technically minded and really helped me fine tune my punching form. I 100% recommend everyone try his class. And the studio - dang; so bright, roomy, and clean.

I noticed that my coordination was off doing the class. The class was split between beginner and experienced, so we all got what we needed. Everyone in class was welcoming and respectful. I was lucky enough to attend a class and it was just George and I, and the 1 on 1 instruction was fantastic. I attended the self defence class and I feel equipped to protect myself in times of danger now. Thank you George! Everyone should attend this class for personal safety. I will be back!
