It was so relaxing, the space is very clean, it wasn’t hot in there like other studios which was nice, and the movements were so slow but provided a lot of time for me to get in a meditative space to get in touch with my feelings & my body. Hyunyoung was very patient with me as I was new to the class. I am pretty flexible but I was amazed with the deep stretch in my hips and hamstrings. I love that she corrects my posture to deepen the stretches. They normally end the class with backward arches/handstands and that's exactly my goal!
