visa alla recensionerI liked how clear the instructions were, it was my first time at Barry’s so I wasn’t sure how transitioning between weights and treadmill would work. I think there could’ve been clearer instructions on where to go in the beginning since I didn’t know doors were closed. There could also be a bit more warm up/cool down, but overall really enjoyed!

I am not a big fan of hot yoga that is so popular these days, but during this class it felt so wonderful to have the sun shining on me through the window with a natural breeze of fresh air coming in. Prashant, the instructor was clear and compassionate with his guidance and I also loved a story, music and chanting.

visa alla recensionerGreat full body cardio class using the rowers, ski ergs, kettlebells, rebars, dumbbells and bikes! We had 6 stations that we did 5 sets at seconds), & then moved onto the next station. Water break & then another lap through but the time descended in the second lap (28-26-24-22-20). Ended with stretching! Plenty of parking outside during early morning hours, cubbies for your stuff, check in at the iPad up front& there’s restrooms & a shower in the back. I’ll be back 💪🏽

I like instructors who demonstrate the workouts and do them with you and Maya did exactly that. The workouts themselves are subtle and slow but still challenging enough where I had to take a few pauses before getting right back into it. I’ll definitely be back!

visa alla recensionerThis class was life changing for me. My biggest area of concern during all of my workouts felt corrected with just one slight change in foot placement. I immediately felt the change in the engagement of the muscles I usually have so much difficulty trying to target. Suddenly they were consistently engaged and I felt the power in my row (although it also exposed some weaknesses that the unsolicited muscles were compensating for). Will be back next week for squat. visa alla recensionerI enjoyed my first class here! Tejal was very kind and explained the movements so well that even a yoga noob like me could pick up quickly. She also offered 1:1 guidance and corrections, which I really appreciated. I can definitely see how Iyengar yoga helps correct posture, especially for those of us who sit for long hours at work. Just a heads-up: based on my experience in the Level 1 class, it’s not so intense; it’s more about mastering each movement individually. If you're looking for a constant, high-energy flow, this might not be the right fit.
