Didn't love that cell phones are allowed in the studio - hard to relax and prepare for class when someone is talking nonstop on a call.

A little bit more flow than other classes which is nice. + Nice easy “Sunday morning” type playlist. Really great class. Also if you’re more advance she will adapt for you. ( though I’m not) ;)

The receptionist was kind enough to reschedule me for later in the day which was an inconvenience for both of us but at least I was accommodated. But then instead of a 90 mins, I was only tended for 60 mins. I feel like I should be owed a refund for the 30 mins. The massage itself was a good one.
