She always provides a modification, or a challenge for those who dare to try. Her classes are inclusive, and have the best playlists. She adapted her instructions for the different levels present in the class which was helpful for those less experienced and for those who wanted to go deeper into our practice. Hands on assists were optional but really helpful too!
